The
primary business targeted was that of providing monitoring
instrumentation and safety equipment for industry to carry
out their operations in a safe and environmentally friendly
manner. We soon realized that when the customers application
required long term, continuous use of this equipment, that
it was more sensible and economical for them to acquire
the equipment, and have the equipment users trained. In
order to offer our customers both options, the company became:
Rental and sale Of Safety and Environmental Equipment.
In
November 2003, the name of the company was changed to ROSE
Environmental Ltd, a branding exercise to ensure that our
company name is better associated with our vision which
is “To be the Number One Solution Provider for Environmental,
Industrial Hygiene and Industrial Safety Issues in the Local
and Caribbean regional markets.”
The policy of the share holders has always been to provide
value added solutions to meet the needs and the applications
of the industries with whom we operate and to provide complete
customer support in terms of education, information and
sound technical advice and support.
We
commit significant resources every year to training of our
technical and administrative staff, and to attending international
conferences and exhibitions, in order to be at the forefront
of the technology and solutions available in our industry.
We also commit resources to being properly trained in the
instrument and equipment supplier lines that we carefully
select to make best solutions and best practices available
to our customers.
ROSE
Environmental has grown from a 2-man operation in 1996 to
one that employs 16 people in 2005 and that is continuing
to grow. We have a very accessible service center, with
well trained technicians who support all the instrument
lines that we rent and sell, and who also operate as field
technicians in the many, field data acquisition projects
that we undertake for our customers. We provide training
and facilitate certified training courses for local and
regional professionals in the HSE field, in an effort to
develop local skills and expertise in the areas of Environmental,
Industrial hygiene, and Safety monitoring and surveillance.
We have access to an international network of expertise
to allow us to provide recommendations and solutions for
applications for which we do not have the “in house”
expertise or experience.
ROSE
Environmental is dedicated towards being a quality regional
resource; we are dedicated towards a safe, sustainable,
healthy future for Trinidad and Tobago, and the wider Caribbean.
